The children’s rooms have been some of my favorite spaces to bring together. Part of why I love design so much is the hunt – that first discovery of a material or piece of furniture that serves as the inspiration for the rest of the room.
That is exactly how I felt when I saw this William Morris muralpaper. It is whimsical without being overly feminine, and the vibrant color palette imbues the space with instant character without being overpowering. What’s more, I love how much Imogen loves her room. She has names for the horses and other animals in the scenic wallpaper, and it creates the perfect backdrop for all of her make believe play.
