Olivia’s Nursery

With all three of our children, we knew we would keep the gender a surprise. And while I cherish the moment when each of my babies’ came into the world and first revealed who they are, not knowing certainly made decisions about the nursery a bit tricky!

That said, I don’t believe in “pink for girls and blue for boys.” Every color is for every one, and not knowing Olivia’s gender before her arrival made planning this space all the more fun. While her nursery has a traditionally more masculine color scheme, the composition of fabrics and textures feels decidedly neutral. I also love the subtle nod to Neverland…a place where time stands still and no one has to grow up. What a sweet sentiment for these earliest days of childhood!
